Volunteers are the most vital part of New Covenant Church, as service is truly the heart of all ministry. We believe that one of the greatest ways to deepen your relationship with God is to align your life with the way Christ lived his, and everything he did here on earth was done with the intention of serving others. Galatians 5:13 exemplifies this with the call for us to serve each other humbly in love, and we know that in doing so, we will be blessed beyond measure. We want everyone to experience the blessing of living as Christ did and serving others, so if you are feeling led to do this, we would love for you to join a serve team here at NCC!

Facilities & Grounds
The Facilities & Maintenance Team faithfully stewards our church campus, creating spaces that inspire worship, foster healing, and welcome people into prayer and community. From setting up rooms and maintaining equipment to caring for the building and grounds, this team serves behind the scenes with generosity, excellence, and Kingdom purpose so ministry can happen without distraction.
Safety & Security
The Safety & Security Team creates a safe and welcoming environment where people are free to encounter God through prayer, healing, and worship without distraction. Serving with honor, unity, and Spirit-led discernment, team members provide a visible presence, respond to emergencies, assist guests, and help ensure every gathering is safe, peaceful, and prepared for ministry.
Connection Team
The Connection Team creates a warm first impression by welcoming every guest with generosity, honor, and genuine love. Whether greeting at the doors, helping guests find their way, serving coffee, or assisting during services, this team helps every person feel seen, valued, and ready to encounter God through prayer, healing, and worship.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team believes that prayer is foundational to everything God desires to do in and through our church. Team members faithfully intercede for people, pray in two member teams during services and special events, encourage others through Spirit-led prayer, and stand in faith for healing, breakthrough, and transformation while cultivating a culture of honor and unity.
Front Desk
The Front Desk Team creates a welcoming environment throughout the week by serving as the first point of contact for everyone who enters our building. From greeting guests and answering the phone to providing office support and assisting with daily needs, this team helps every person feel seen, valued, and cared for while reflecting the love of Christ through hospitality and service.
New Covenant Students
NCStudents Leaders invest in the next generation by helping middle and high school students become lifelong followers of Jesus. Through weekly services, small groups, and intentional relationships, they create consistent opportunities for students to grow in their faith, discover biblical truth, and experience genuine community. Our goal is to equip every student to know God's Word deeply, hear His voice clearly, and follow His instructions faithfully for the rest of their lives.
New Covenant Kids
The Kid's Ministry Team partners with families to help children know, love, and follow Jesus in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Through Spirit-led teaching, meaningful relationships, and Christ-centered care, this team creates opportunities for children to experience prayer, healing, worship, and the truth of God's Word while serving with honor, unity, and generosity.
Tech Team
Sunday morning services and other events would not be all that they are without our Tech Team. This team faithfully serves the body of Christ every single week by helping to create an atmosphere of worship and honor to the Lord. If you have a passion for tech and media and want to worship the Lord with those skills, we would love for you to join this team!
Media Team
The Media Team captures and shares the stories of God's faithfulness, helping people experience the heart of our church both inside and beyond our walls. Team members photograph services and events, create engaging content, and celebrate life change with creativity, honor, and a heart to point people toward Jesus.
Missions
The Missions Team extends the love of Jesus beyond our church by serving our community and the world with generosity, compassion, and Kingdom purpose. Whether through local outreach, global partnerships, disaster response, or serving those in need, this team is Spirit-led to bring prayer, healing, hope, and the Gospel wherever God opens a door.
Cook Team
The Cook Team ministers through hospitality by preparing meals that nourish both body and community, creating spaces where relationships grow and people feel known and cared for. Whether serving at church events, ministry gatherings, or outreach opportunities, this team demonstrates generosity and love while helping create environments where prayer, healing, worship, and authentic fellowship flourish.
