Blake Stanbery serves as Lead Pastor of New Covenant Church, where he is committed to building a thriving, Spirit-filled community that impacts generations.

Blake earned his bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and two master’s degrees from Liberty University in Education and Theological Studies. Prior to pastoral ministry, he held executive leadership roles in corporate and government finance and Christian education. Licensed as a CPA in North Carolina and having previously served as a Christian school superintendent, Blake brings both spiritual conviction and organizational clarity to his leadership.

He is passionate about cultivating healthy teams, raising up leaders, and helping people walk in the joy, freedom, and power of the Holy Spirit. Outside of ministry, Blake enjoys fly fishing remote trout streams, camping, and creating meaningful memories with his wife Rebecca, their family, and friends.
